OUR PROCESS
Demand Letter: The Employer will formally issue a Demand Letter in favour of “Danah Human Resources” on the company letter head duly stamped & signed mentioning job categories, number of workers required monthly salary, contract period & other benefits etc.
Letter of Authority: The Employer will issue letter of authority in favour of “Danah Human Resources” on the company letter head duly stamped & signed addressed to concern Embassy of, giving authority to placement agency to deal with interviews, visa related matters, etc.
Agreement of Employment: This is standard employment contract on the company letter head duly stamped & signed between the Employer & Employee.
Selection Tools and Instrument: Personal interviews are conducted by our technical managers on the basis of the job description provided by our client. The skilled/semi skilled categories are also subjected to a trade test as per their specialization.
